How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

We work with suppliers throughout Europe, who generally ship purchases made 1 to 5 days after receiving an order. From that point on, items take 6 to 10 days to arrive. You can track it with your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order ?

Your order may be eligible to be canceled if it has not yet been processed and shipped; Please contact us as soon as possible at Info@miskmuskpets.com after you have made your purchase and we will help you.

How can I know the exact measurement ?

We recommend that you carefully read the descriptions of our products, as well as the size recommendations according to length and weight, the measurements indicated on the site are shown in centimeters (cm) and/or kilograms (kg).

Can I change my purchase ?

We currently do not offer on purchases made to ship an additional carbon footprint, however, if for any reason you did not receive exactly the product you expected, please let us know and we will find a solution for you.

What is the return policy ?

If your purchase is eligible for a return after having made the request through our email (info@miskmuskpets.com), the return will be made in full to the payment method used.
